Thanks Christine and Scott. But there is very clumsy scripts behind it. I would say that the other local ellipses variants should be higher rank than this one.

Once DrGeo II is avaiable, this would be a pretty good one to try in it.

IMO, this project is not... elegant. The real "meat" is buried by the clumsy way of dealing with lines, and typical users wouldn't want to do it when it comes to learning ellipses or geometry. I'd urge that once Dr Geo II is in the standard distribution, re make this project in it and replace this one.
